2024 Annual Conference & Summary and Commendation Meeting

    On December 28th, Allgrand Group successfully held its 2024 Annual Conference & Summary and Commendation Meeting with the theme of "Allgrand People, United as One, Marching Towards the Future". All employees gathered together to review the extraordinary years gone by and look forward to a new chapter in the future.

    The conference kicked off with the inspiring "Allgrand Anthem". The passionate singing boosted morale, and all Allgrand people embraced this grand event with full enthusiasm.

General Managers' Addresses

    At the annual conference, Liu Hongzhi, General Manager of the Colloidal Battery Base, and Li Jianjun, General Manager of the Lithium Battery Base, delivered speeches on stage in succession. They conducted a comprehensive review of the work over the past year and expressed high recognition and affirmation of the achievements made by all employees. Meanwhile, they also clarified the key priorities and directions for the next phase of work, put forward new expectations and requirements, and injected more confidence and anticipation into the future development of Allgrand Group.

    Looking Ahead, all employees will continue to uphold their firm beliefs, strive for excellence, constantly enhance their professional skills, actively explore innovative paths, strengthen team collaboration, meet new challenges with practical actions, go all out to achieve the grand goals of Allgrand Group, and work together to create a more brilliant tomorrow.

Chairman's Address

    Meng Xianghui, Chairman of the Group, stated that looking back on 2024, Allgrand Group has achieved certain results in market expansion and brand building, internal management optimization and production efficiency improvement, innovation-driven development and corporate culture construction. At the same time, there are also certain shortcomings and areas for reflection in the work. Only by enhancing the awareness of hardship, risk awareness and overall situation awareness, adhering to market orientation and problem-oriented approach, and solving problems in a targeted manner, can Allgrand Group achieve more brilliant achievements.

    Looking ahead to the upcoming 2025, Allgrand Group will face an even more complex and volatile domestic and international economic development environment. However, this also presents us with a crucial development window period and strategic opportunity period.     The annual conference featured a well-planned variety show with diverse performances, including dynamic dances, melodious songs, masterful Sichuan Opera face-changing, witty cross-talk, and dazzling magic shows. With a rich array of genres, the performances were truly spectacular and captivating.

    A special recognition session was set up at the annual conference to grandly honor individuals and groups who had made outstanding performances over the past year. Their successful experiences and dedication have set an excellent example for all employees, inspiring everyone to strive for excellence and achieve greater results in the new year.
