On March 20, 2026, the 2026 (10th) Qidian Sodium-ion Battery Forum & Global Sodium-ion Battery Technology & Application Luban Awards Ceremony, themed "Sodium-ion Power Takes Off, Gathering in Yangzhou in Spring", was grandly held in Baoying, Yangzhou. Sun Hao, Vice President of Allgrand Group and General Manager of Guona Energy Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech. Meanwhile, Allgrand Sodium-ion Battery was awarded the Global Innovation Product & Technology Award for Energy Storage Cells in recognition of its outstanding technological innovation capabilities.

During the forum's presentation session, Vice President Sun Hao delivered a keynote report entitled Allgrand Sodium-Ion Batteries: Technological Innovation and Industrial Application in Energy Storage. He provided an in-depth analysis of the tremendous potential of sodium-ion batteries in the energy storage sector amid the national "Dual Carbon" strategy and global energy transition, highlighting their core advantages including high safety, excellent wide-temperature performance, and controllable costs.
During his presentation, Sun Hao highlighted the exceptional safety performance of the Company's products. He stated that the Allgrand sodium-ion battery model 54173204 has passed stringent extreme tests including nail penetration and bullet impact, with no fire or explosion occurring throughout the assessments, fully verifying its superior safety reliability under harsh operating conditions. The product also delivers outstanding performance in low-temperature environments: it can discharge 70% of its capacity at -55°C, supports normal charging at -20°C, and achieves a cycle life of over 2,400 charge-discharge cycles at -20°C. At present, this battery model has been put into mass production and bulk delivery, and is widely applied in various energy storage scenarios, such as large-scale energy storage systems and communication micro base stations.
